What happens during onboarding?
Before your first visit, I review your intake forms, health history, and any prior records you share, such as primary care notes, specialist reports, and recent labs. Your first visit runs 90 minutes, unhurried, so we can go through your goals, concerns, and history together and leave with an early plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancellation terms are outlined in your membership agreement.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
In many cases, yes. Membership fees and visits can often be paid with an HSA or FSA, though it depends on your specific plan. We are happy to provide itemized receipts. Check with your plan administrator to confirm what qualifies.
What if I need to reach you between visits?
Direct physician access for medical questions that come up between scheduled visits is part of membership.
Why is enrollment limited?
A small panel is what makes structured, longitudinal care possible. There is a ceiling on how many people one physician can know well. Enrollment grows gradually for that reason, not as a marketing tactic.
