Embracing Imperfectionism

By Dr. Mira Massoud

Do not be fooled! I am as guilty of aiming for perfection as you are. But I have found that this has mainly hindered me more than anything else in life.

So, I built this practice, not only to help you but to help me as well. I won't bother you with the details of how this has shaped and affected my life, because my main concern now is to look forward. To see and discover the possibilities available to us if we embrace imperfectionism. To make a decision that any point can absolutely be, and should be, the starting point.

This could be related to your health, your relationships, your professional ambitions, your hobbies, or your social life. I can guarantee that there is at least one thing that you and I know we should start doing, except that "it is not the perfect time, yet."

Well, this is a gentle reminder to begin anyway.

Because once you start, you will get somewhere.
